Elegant and spacious fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment with full view of the Jumeirah Lakes. It has 2 balconies, one in the adjacent to the living room and one from the bedroom. It is 5-10 minutes’ walking distance to the JLT Metro Station. Maximum occupancy is 2 Adults + 1 child below 8 yrs old. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING AND PARTY ALLOWED.
